CONSUMERS UNHAPPY WITH BRITISH BANKS

British Banks should change their culture in order to satisfy their customers that is what Bank of England expects from the junior banks
“There is something very wrong in the UK banking industry”,that is what Sir Mervyn King says ,and he wants the banks to put it right
Adding more to this he said that the bank leaders had not been upto the mark in satisfying their consumers and the working class in the financial region .He said that he expected more honesty and hardworking people not the one that are currently the part of status quo
The honorable member said that the banks have been found performing unethically as they have been selling all the financial products to the small businesses and he said that he want a real change in the structure of industry and wants two thing .Firstly,its the leadership because the way this leadership has performed they have lost customers and the reputation of the banks have also been impaired and secondly ,the was organizations are structured
Simon Walker who is the director of the institute said that his voice has been echoed by the Prime minister ,who in the EU summit said in Brussels that the British people are suffering because of the way banks are structured and they want to risk their investment as the financial crisis still prevails
The current style has been criticized from the Business leaders as well as Simon Walker,said in a statement that this style of leadership ripping of customers and this also impaired the brand images of the bank as a whole and the bank owners should have some shame if they intend to change the status quo
