The purity and the intention with which the person undertakes while carrying out the task is what matters alot.The inner being of the person is what it counts not the appearance of the person.

“Sincerity – if you can fake that, you’ve got it made.”

The various facets of the life makes you experience what you are not going to expereince for a longer duration of the time  and the among those there are difficult times when you fake sincerity which leads to the development of trust deficit.

The more strict you are to the highest moral standard and ethical ,less chances are that you are going to Fake sincerity.

If you are entrusted by someone else you are bound to follow the highest moral of the ethical behavior which is expected of a person by a particular class

Anyone who has been given a responsbility they are expected to be in state of high moral and spiritual mode

In old times when people when people were asked about morality they just thought that being nice to people means that you are being nice to society and adhering to the strict moral standard.

But in this infact was  wrong and the people had not concept of right and wrong and continue what they were doing.

Even betraying was not considered as a wrong thing by the people and could hence have an adverse effect on the society as a whole .

The society now a days is lacking people with sincerity and that is mainly because of the fake respects that the people have maintained and that is not encouraging the people as they are  experiencing the truth being wiped off the society
