LESS SALT INTAKE REDUCES CHANCE OF DEVELOPING CANCER

In UK a research has been done which resulted in a conclusion that the less salt would result in the reduced chance of the cancer and the problem is that the salt is common component of the food ,it is found in many foods such as bread and it also raises stomach cancer
There are 40% of the people who are affected by the increased intake of salts and that ends up in developing a cancer .The logic that arises here is that there should a control limit set by the people
The World Cancer Research Fund ,said that in a report that foods such as bread ,bacon and other other cereals can only be harmless if they have less amount of salt in it

It has advised the people to eat less salt and should be using those food which have less salt as a component
Daily guidelines should be provided to people in they want to live a cancer free live otherwise only one of out seven cancer free stomachs could be found and the research said that this figure could increase even more
Cancer can be cause because of the salt ,the salt is also bad for blood pressure patients which could lead to heart attack and strokes.The World Cancer Research in their report showed that 8.6g a day salt is being consumed by the people where is the limit is 6f and this could be very dangerous
6g a day diet is reasonable and everyone could be save because of it ,this is the estimated that was given by WCRF ,currently there are 6000 cases of stomach cancer annually in the great Britain
Disease gets well establish by the time it is diagnosed and this kind of cancer is very difficult to treat
